Potomac South Suite:
One-to-two-night stay: $159/night plus tax
Multiple night* stay: $145/night plus tax
Potomac North Suite:
One-to-two-night stay: $189/night plus tax
Multiple night* stay: $175/night plus tax

We will send you an electronic invoice via email or text (per your preference). When payment is received your reservation is secured and we will send you a confirmation. You will receive check-in instructions within 24 hours of your reservation date.•
The tax rate is 12% (6% state, 6% county).
Note, the pricing listed above is per night for single or double occupancy. The rates listed do not include taxes, which will be added to your invoice. Rates do not include a charge for meals and meals are not provided by the Inn during your stay. Wi-Fi, and parking are complementary.
Our suites can accommodate up to 4 guests. We require notification when the reservation is made if there will be more than two people staying. We will set up a cot for each additional guest for a fee of $10 for each additional guest.

Pets:
We welcome well-behaved and housebroken pets. In consideration of future guests with allergies, we cannot allow cats in the Potomac North Suite.
Your pet will be clean and will have been treated for fleas and ticks. We do not charge a pet reservation or deposit. Owners are responsible for all damages caused by their pet in their suite or in the Inn. If there are damages discovered after checking out, we will notify the owner and are authorized to charge the guest’s credit card for all expenses related to the repairing the damages.
Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check out by 10:00 am. Please let us know in advance if you need to check in early or out late and we’ll look at options. We are happy to store luggage.
Our cancellation Policy:
We will issue a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days away from the check-in date. We will issue a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
A guest is considered a “no show” if they fail to arrive or do not contact the Inn to cancel.
Accessibility:
The Inn On Potomac is Handicapped Accessible, incorporating the following features:
Exterior Accessibility:
We have a designated parking space close to the entrance with adequate width for wheelchair mobility and aid access. There is a handicapped ramp and step-free access into the building and to the Potomac South and the Potomac North Suites.
Interior Accessibility:
The building doorways have a minimum clear width of 32” inches and the hallways are at least 36” inches wide.oThe Potomac South Suite is ADA compliant, featuring a curb less shower, a handheld shower head, and shower/toilet area grab bars.
A shower bench will be provided upon request. The suite incorporates lowered counters as well as sinks and with adequate knee and toe clearance.
Please notify us when making your reservation if you require the bed height to be lowered to accommodate lateral wheelchair transfers. We will assist with luggage.

Damages, Items Left Behind & Behavior:
Each guest is responsible for any damage they cause to the property or its contents during your stay. The Inn will charge repairs/damages to the credit card on file for that reservation and/or subject to all other legal collection processes.
We understand that items may be accidentally left behind. We will gladly ship items back to the owners, at your cost. If items are unclaimed after 30 days, the Inn will either donate or dispose of them in an appropriate manner.
Use of drugs is forbidden and will result in immediate expulsion. Alcohol consumption is permitted but drunken or disorderly behavior is not. Guests are expected to be respectful and courteous to each other and follow guidelines from the innkeepers.
Smoking/Open Flames:
We have a strict no-smoking and no-flame (e.g. candles/lanterns) policy within the Inn. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, on the porch or the patio.
Heating and cooling/windows:
The Inn has central heating and air-conditioning systems. Each guest room has its own A/C unit and heater allowing you to control temperature in your room directly.
Most of the windows in guest rooms are original and functional. Due to their age, we prefer that you ask us if you would like one opened.
TVs/Sound:
The suites have TVs with a connected streaming service; however, we do not have cable TV. Use of personal electronic devices with speakers is welcome, providing one is considerate to fellow guests and volume is kept at a reasonable level, particularly during evening and night hours.
Other than taking your dog out to relieve him/herself during the nighttime, or returning late from an event, we ask that you refrain from repetitively exiting/entering the building after 10 pm to avoid disturbing the other guests.
